"As with many important moments in one's life I remember when I first got the call from PCS. We were hunting for a software for our growing business; having spent way too much time waiting for another provider to get up and running. Having expertise in RFPs and vendor management I am one to take charge pretty quickly and to ask for things directly.

Scott's team is not only forward thinking, but responsive, creative and a true pleasure to deal with. As is the case with any growing business cost is a factor; especially for a "nice to have" such as a booking software (we grew faster before we had it then we have since- but that is due to the economy); but PCS is now a HUGE part of our organization and is now a must have for us. Ironically we operate another business with a larger more complex product that is harder to use and the support is horrible that we inherited when we bought a company. If our legal team could find a way to get us out of the contract Scott would have all four of my locations. Our number of online bookings has far exceeded expectations and we eagerly await new versions and another product that Scott is working on that will help our business.

His team's response time for service is EXCELLENT. I even emailed him at a trade show and he responded within 5 minutes. As a dual career business owner I often email him, with service questions, late into the evening or weekends and sure enough the team responds.

We have just begun to use the timekeeping and may roll out the POS components in 2009, but even if we do not we are very happy.
